We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, you can sent the item back within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with the original proof of purchase/invoice.
To return your product, you should contact us via email on email@example.com. In our response we will provide you the return address and more instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After that please allow us 5-7 days to process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your banking institution (typically 3-5 business days).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING TO RETURN
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Also shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. We recommend that you send the returned items using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you want.
